Report Writing

Let Exago’s specialists build your reports for you! Our team can assist with the construction of your first batch of reports, or fielding client requests when you need additional resources.

Requirements

1. Detailed report specification including:
   • Data fields
   • Example output or detailed formatting instructions
   • Report calculations, metrics and business logic
   • User experience:
     • Interactivity options
     • Filters
     • Expected report output types
2. Development or Test environment access for us to create reports in
3. When necessary, meetings prior to, throughout and after creating reports for questions and feedback purposes

Integration Assistance

Integrating Exago can be a big undertaking. Use consulting hours to ask questions regarding best integration practices of our team.

Training

Training can be conducted by the Exago consultants in many formats, remotely or on-site. Find example formats listed below.

• Train the Trainer: let us work with one or many of your own team, such that they might then train or support your clients in using Exago.
• Train the End User: put Exago right in front of your clients and let us train them!
• Training Content Creation: Exago’s consultants can record training videos in your environment with your data as if they were a part of your team. These videos can then be used as deliverable training material to your clients.

Video Content Creation

Exago specialists can create video training content in your environment for you to roll out to your users. Content can be white-labeled, specific to your users and their use cases, and of your desired length and format.

2. Development or Test environment access 2 weeks prior to the training so that we can familiarize ourselves with your setup
3. When necessary, meetings prior to, throughout, and after designing scripts or reports for questions and feedback purposes
4. Real reporting examples to train users on specifically using your own data, if applicable

Presentation

Big end user conference or new potential sale coming up? Want to show off reporting but don’t have time to learn how to demonstrate Exago? Our team of consultants can present our solution for your at your User Conferences or even help you make an important sale.

Requirements

1. Description of what we’re presenting and where it lives (ex: demonstrate Exago, in our environment, with our data).
2. What would you like us to convey? What is the message we’re there to deliver?
3. Minimum 2 weeks notice.

Data Structure Review

Consulting hours can be utilized to talk with Exago about the data structure required for your reports. Exago Services can suggest data object set up (grain, required fields, object relationships, etc…) based on provided report requirements.

Extensibility Assistance

Exago has a vast extensibility suite that can be used in a multitude of ways. Engaging Exago Services in this capacity might mean you’re looking for advisement on custom storage management implementations, action/server events, or a custom function. Talk to a consultant to see if your use case can be solved with extensibility code. Our team may also be leveraged to write some of this code for you (in select situations).
