The Report Wizard can be used to create a new Advanced Report in versions released before v2021.1. Set Report Options in the Options tab of the wizard. The Options tab is only available for Express Reports.

Use the Report Options dialog to define certain permissions and features of the report in the Designer and the Viewer, including allowed export types and pagination functions.

In order to decrease the amount of resources needed to handle the configuration information, especially in situations where a large number of complex database objects are present, the option to implement a static configuration has been introduced.

Custom Options allow for the definition of settings that users can modify on a per-report basis in the Report Designer. Options can be accessed during report execution by Server Events or Custom Functions.

The Report Designer's Advanced Options enable features such as report-level join configuration, Server Events, report-level parameters and the Show SQL dialog.

Viewing and modifying the Storage Management configuration via the REST Web Service API is available in Exago v2020.1+.

User logins must be handled by a security layer in the embedding host application. After a user logs in, the host application should pass identification parameters to the Exago API, which can be used to set permissions on content and data objects within Exago.

Visualizations, also known as charts or graphs allow data to be showcased in a visual format. They allow data to be scanned quickly for patterns and trends. Charts can be easily made and customized in ExpressViews, in as little as one click.

Reports can be emailed or scheduled for recurring automated delivery to an email address. The Scheduler Settings are used to configure these services.
